Contiguous counties are counties that are given a discounted rate of tuition due to their proximity to Frostburg State University campuses. To receive the contiguous county rate, students must be full-time. The following counties qualify for a contiguous county rate: Bedford, Franklin, Fulton, and Somerset, PA; Loudoun, VA; and Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Jefferson, Mineral, and Morgan, WV.
